At Calvary Baptist Church we believe God created each and everyone of with a purpose, and that purpose was relationships.

Jesus Christ himself said it like this:

And He said to him, " 'YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.' This is the great and foremost commandment. The second is like it, 'YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.' - Matt. 22:37-39

So our goal as followers of Christ is first and foremost to engage in a loving relationship with God, and secondly to engage in loving relationships with everyone around us. The Church is simply the tool God uses to teach, train, and support us in striving for this goal for His glory and our benefit.

In order aid and equip you to seek out those two types of relationships we offer several growth opportunities at Calvary.

Our weekly Worship Gatherings are focused on helping you learn how to love God and you can check out more about them by using the Worship link to the left.

We also offer Sunday School classes and Connection Groups which are meant to help disciple believers to be more like Jesus and love their neighbors. You can also read more about each of these opportunities using the appropriate links to the left.
