Christians Actively Reaching Everyone

Care MinistryAt Calvary Baptist Church, it is our desire to follow God's plan of Bearing one another's burdens, as indicated in Galatians 6:2. Philippians 4:19 reveals to us that God himself is the ultimate caregiver, taking charge to see to it that the needs of His children are met. The people of CBC have a desire to follow His example, and therefore have developed the C.A.R.E. minstry. C.A.R.E. stands for "Christians Actively Reaching Everyone.

On the 1st Tuesday of every month, many volunteers of CBC gather together for the sole purpose of being an encouragement to those of our church and community who are hurting and are in need. We have groups that band together to make phone calls, write letters, send cards, and make personal visits, all to show that we really do care! We want to reach out to anyone that simply needs a little encouragement.

If you would like to volunteer for the C.A.R.E. ministry, or if you know someone who needs to know that we care, please call Assistant Pastor Jason Hill at the 765-825-6651, or email him.
